Contact Venuboost.Tell us what you run.

A walkthrough runs live against a working setup with your kind of timetable on it, your activities and your prices. If a thing does not exist yet we will tell you that on the call rather than show you a picture of it.

hello@venuboost.com.au

One address for every region. Tell us the country your venue is in and we will talk prices in your own currency.

Already a customer

Support is raised from inside the manager, so the ticket arrives with your venue, the screen you were on and the booking already attached to it. Sign in and open Support in the sidebar, or follow this through to the same place.

What to send us

The more of this we have beforehand, the more of the first call is about your venue instead of about ours.

  • /Which activities you run and how many of each resource
  • /Your busiest day and roughly how many bookings it holds
  • /What you use now for bookings and for the till
  • /Your kart timing hardware, and which brand of decoder it is
  • /How many sites you operate, and in which countries
  • /Your price list and the party packages you sell
  • /Which card terminal and payment provider you use at the counter

If your current system can export bookings, customers or products to a spreadsheet, a recent export tells us more than a description of it. Do not worry about the column names: we map them to ours.

What happens next

Three steps, and no sales cycle.

01

A call about your floor

Half an hour on how a Saturday actually runs at your place, where it falls over, and the one thing in your current setup you would refuse to give up.

02

Your venue, built first

We set up your activities, resources, intervals and pricing first, so you are looking at your own timetable.

03

Go live on a quiet week

Your bookings and customers come across, the team is trained on a weekday, and the first weekend runs with us reachable the whole time.

The walkthrough

What we show you on the call.

We follow one of your guests through a day, from the booking on their phone to the moment they leave, and stop wherever you want to look closer. A venue with no track skips race control. A group with several sites sees how an owner moves between them.

Your day on one board

Your tracks, arenas, lanes and party rooms side by side on the day calendar, each on its own interval, with a busy Saturday booked into it.

The guest's side

Your booking page on a phone, the waiver a guest signs before they arrive, and the kiosk by the door for the ones who did not.

The counter and the kitchen

A walk in sold and checked in at the till, food sent to the kitchen screen, and the cash up at the end of the night.

Race control and timing

For a kart track: the grid checked before it arms, laps coming off the decoder onto the board, and the result sheet at the counter.

Moving across

What comes over from your current system, in what order, and how the move avoids running two booking systems on a busy day.

Where we work

Three regional sites, one team.

Each regional site quotes prices in its own currency and opens signup on its own country. Your venue's data is kept in the region you choose when you sign up, and it stays with the venue rather than with whoever is signing in.

Questions

Before you write to us.

Do I need a walkthrough before I can try Venuboost?

No. You can sign up and start building your own venue straight away, and your first month is free from the day you sign up. A walkthrough is for when you would rather see your kind of day set up by someone who knows where everything is.

How long is the first call?

About half an hour. It is mostly about how your busiest day runs and where it falls over, so we can show you the parts of Venuboost that matter to your venue and skip the ones that do not.

Which countries do you work with?

Venuboost has regional sites for Australia and New Zealand, for the United States and Canada, and for the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prices on each site are shown in that region's currency.

Where is our venue's data kept?

In the data region you choose when you sign up: Australia, North America or Europe. The region belongs to the venue, so a manager signing in from another country still reaches the same data.

Do you only work with kart tracks?

No. Karting is the deepest part of the product, but laser tag arenas, bowling centres, mini golf courses, escape rooms and trampoline parks run on the same bookings, till and waivers. Tell us your mix and the walkthrough is built around it.

I am already a customer. Where do I get help?

Open Support in the sidebar of your own Venuboost. A ticket raised there arrives with your venue, the screen you were on and the booking attached, so nobody has to ask which one you meant.
