Venuboost pricing.Priced per venue, never per booking.
One subscription per venue, whatever is in it. A busy January costs the same as a quiet one, so filling the place does not quietly grow our invoice, and the one module that costs extra is the one with real work behind it.
- First month freeOne full month from the day you sign up. Adding a card does not start it sooner.
- Part months pro rataBilling lands on the 1st. Your first charge covers only the days left in that month.

Add ons
One thing costs extra, and this is it.
Every activity you run is part of your plan, and a second arena, another set of lanes or another course costs nothing. A second track is the exception. Each one carries its own timing detection, its own grid and running order, and every lap of every kart behind them.
Additional track
Another track on the same subscription, with its own timing detection, grid and running order, and its own capacity, session length and start times.

Questions
The things operators ask on the first call.
Is there a lock in contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you stop from inside your own account, without ringing anybody. Nothing renews without you being told first.
How does the first month work?
Your first month is free from the day you sign up. Adding a card during that month does not start the billing any earlier. When the free month ends you are charged only for the days left in that calendar month, worked out day by day, never a full month you did not use.
When am I charged after that?
On the 1st of every month, at the same moment for every venue we work with. That charge covers the month ahead, plus any text message and AI use from the month just gone.
What happens if I cancel part way through a month?
You have already paid for that month, so it stays yours. Everything keeps working to the last day of it and nothing further is charged. There is no notice period and no exit fee, and because the month is bought in advance there is nothing to refund. Stop on the 2nd or the 29th and you get the same month either way, so there is no wrong day to tell us.
What happens to my card payments?
They settle into your own merchant account, on your provider's own schedule. We never hold the money and we take nothing off your takings.
Do you charge to move our existing bookings across?
Setup and import are part of onboarding. If your current system can export bookings and customers, we bring them over before you go live.
What if the internet drops out mid race?
Timing runs on your own machine through Venubridge. Every lap is written there as the kart crosses the loop and pushed up when the line comes back, so the race is never sitting waiting on a network. The heat finishes, the result prints, and the sync catches up afterwards.
Can we run more than one venue?
Yes. One login, each site with its own resources, staff and payment account, and you move between your venues from the top bar.
Prices shown in GBP, from the price board rather than a copy kept here, and tax is applied at checkout based on your country. Each venue holds its own subscription, so a second site is a second account rather than a surcharge on this one. Talk to us about a group.
