Venue payments and card terminals. One booking, one balance, however many cards.

A deposit online at eleven at night, the rest at the counter on Saturday, and the uncle who turns up late paying for his own seat. The booking keeps one running balance through all of it, and the money lands in your account rather than ours.

Providers

Take payments through the provider you already bank with.

Most of this page could be written by anybody. This part could not, because it is the list of what we have actually built against and the limits that go with it. Online, at the terminal, on a pay link, on an invoice or on a card the guest left on file. If your country is not on a row, we will say so on the first call rather than after you sign.

Stripe

51 countries

India and Indonesia are in preview. Several African markets run through Paystack rather than a Stripe dashboard, so they do not behave like the rest.

Online and terminals

Adyen

Europe, plus 13 other countries

Adyen also choose who they take. A single site venue may not be offered an account even in a country they cover.

Online and terminals

Square

Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Japan, Spain, the UK and the US

Your account has to be in the country you trade in. Your guests can be anywhere.

Online and terminals

Clover

10 countries across the Americas and Europe

Clover operate in Australia and Singapore with no developer integration, so we do not claim those.

Terminals, with online in the US and Canada

Linkly

Australia and New Zealand

The middleware almost every Australian venue already has behind its EFTPOS terminal. Not an online provider.

Terminals only

This list keeps growing.

New providers go in as venues ask for them and as each one's certification comes through, and a provider we have built against turns up in every venue's settings the same day. Nothing on this page is the end of it. If the one your bank has put in front of you is not on a row yet, tell us who it is on the first call. Adding a provider is work at our end, not a reason for you to change banks.

Ask about yours

Taking it

The awkward parts, which is most of them.

A deposit holds the seat, not a promise

Set a deposit per experience. The moment it is paid the capacity is held, and it is released if the guest walks away mid checkout rather than quietly sitting on a seat nobody can sell.

One balance, however many people pay

Six drivers and four parents paying for them, part now and the rest at the counter, and an uncle who turns up late and pays for his own seat. The booking tracks who has covered what.

Refund from the booking

In full or in part, with the reason recorded against it, and the night's reconciliation moves in the same step rather than being corrected the next morning.

Your country's tax, not ours

An Australian venue issues a tax invoice with an ABN and GST on it. A venue in Dublin issues one with VAT. A venue in Texas reads sales tax. Same software, same screen.

Surcharges and fees that behave

A card surcharge, a booking fee, a public holiday loading. Each one applies itself at the right moment and shows on the invoice as its own line.

The card never reaches us

Card entry belongs to the provider. We keep the outcome and the reference so a refund knows what to reverse, and never the number.

Connecting

The account stays in your name.

Paste the keys from the merchant account your business already holds and you are taking payments the same afternoon. Money settles into your bank on your provider's own schedule, and we take nothing off the top of it.

  • /Bring the Stripe, Adyen or Linkly account your business already holds
  • /Keys pasted once, held encrypted, never shown again
  • /Each venue in a group can route to its own account
  • /Every charge, refund and payout reference stored against the booking

End of day

Everything lands in one reconciliation.

Counter sales, online deposits, kiosk payments and refunds all arrive in the same place. You count the drawer, the variance shows itself, and the report is filed against the day instead of being written on the back of a docket.

  • /One reconciliation across every way money came in
  • /Variance shown against the counted drawer
  • /Staff member recorded on every transaction
  • /The day pack emailed to the owner without anybody remembering to send it

Bring us your busiest Saturday and we will build it on the screen.

Half an hour, your own activities and your own prices on the board. You will see where the day has gaps in it before we say a word about what this costs.
